Professional Background:
Pioneer: I directed my focus towards residential brokerage management, where I embarked on the groundbreaking initiative of establishing the Capital District's first dedicated "New Home Sales" team. This team was exclusively dedicated to serving new homebuilders, helping them market and sell their communities effectively.
Industry Influence: My success in this endeavor earned me recognition as a founding member of the Capitol Region New Home Sales and Marketing Council. I have been invited to speak at regional and national meetings of Realtors™ and Home Builders, sharing my insights and experiences in establishing new home sales teams.
Comprehensive Expertise: My responsibilities encompassed the entire spectrum of new home sales, from site selection and approvals to cost analysis, product pricing, and managing all sales-related matters. I played a pivotal role in establishing some of the first mixed-use condo projects in upstate New York and successfully marketed fractional ownership projects in the Lake George area within the Adirondack Park.
Navigating Regulatory Landscape: Dealing with diverse governmental agencies and regulatory bodies, from local town authorities to the LGPA, APA, and DEC, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of land development processes.
Strategic Leadership: My leadership extends to managing multiple real estate projects, overseeing day-to-day activities, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
